What is the cancellation policy?

We ask that you cancel your appointments with us at least 24 hours in advance. We will be more than happy to re-schedule appointment for you at a more convenient time.

What happens if I miss a dental appointment?

In order to maintain an efficient and on-time schedule we request that our patients call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. Broken Appointment charges are applied for two reasons 1) Patient is more than 20 minutes late for scheduled appointment without a valid reason 2) Patient calls to cancel a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Of course, there are exceptions with valid reasons.
