Dr. MacDonald was born in Boston and grew up in Hyde Park. He attended the Univ of New Hampshire upon graduating from Boston Latin Academy. While at UNH, Stuart studied political science and was a three-year member of the university’s men’s rugby club. He is currently married and living in the Dedham area.
Stuart’s interest in the dental field began when he was working as a dental assistant during his summer and winter breaks from UNH. This led to his pursuing a career in dentistry, eventually receiving his DMD from Tufts University in 2001. Dr. MacDonald enjoys further enhancing his dental education and is currently involved in the curriculum at the Dawson Academy in St. Petersburg, Fl..
Dr. MacDonald is currently a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
During his free time Stuart enjoys a wide range of activities from reading to hiking, and snowboarding, as well as being an avid follower of the Boston sports teams (GO SOX!).
